Finally, drinking rose flower herbal tea is a great way to relax after a busy day at office, as it can calm the central nervous system, reducing the chance of depression and anxiety. Dried rose tea can also benefit victims of chronic fatigue, insomnia and nervousness when drinking one or two cups per day.

How to make Rose Bud Tea?

It’s recommended to steep our pink rosebud tea with a covered glass teapot. Use about 2 teaspoons for every 500ml of water. Steep with hot water at 95°c for 4-5 minutes for the first and second brewing. Increase temperature and time for further brews. Glass tea mugs or teapots are great as you can look through the glass and appreciate the wonderful appearance of the pink roses.
